Cutting and painting aluminium

After some time, wanted to try cutting aluminium, and after breaking a couple of drills, I made it. 

The key is to get the feed rate and RPMs aligned. 

Making dust

After annoying setup of the motors, I wanted to test try for a drawing , and was expecting very low quality precision. Low expectation , mind blowing result.

Radius were perfect, so I had to do another proof of concept 

After test cuts, it was a time for male and female signs
